Sometimes life presents us with challenges that are too much to navigate on our own. Maybe you are going through lots of change or transition and it’s hard to feel settled. Or maybe you experienced something completely overwhelming and you can’t seem to get over it. Maybe your emotions feel too big and unpredictable and you don’t know how to manage them. Or maybe you’re tired of feeling insecure and self-critical. While it’s important to have friends and family to turn to, sometimes that’s not enough. This is when therapy can help.
